Elizabeth Bauman is an artist I just recently discovered on etsy. Her shop is full of paintings inspired by antique portraits. Her paintings have a vintage quality about them and I love the contrast between the subjects and their solid backgrounds. I could see any one of them fitting nicely into my home.
